Free family events for Memorial Day weekend in Kansas City 2017

Kansas City is Americana to the core, and that will be ever more present during the Memorial Day Weekend.

This is the weekend that this metro area in the heart of America will pull out all of the stops to not only honor America’s fallen heroes but to also usher in the hot summer months. The Kansas City Symphony is one of the best in the nation, and on Memorial Day, they will turn in a performance that will be both riveting and moving. The Celebration at the Station will offer a free concert that will recognize the 100th anniversary of World War 1, and the concert will sure to please all those in attendance.
