What do an organizational psychologist, an interstellar correspondent, a marijuana policy expert and an urban futurist all have in common? They're among the presenters booked for the upcoming TEDxMileHigh event entitled Wonder.
Now less than a week away, the biggest TEDxMileHigh event yet is down to the final batch of tickets and those who attend the event can expect a full day of thought-provoking presentations and activities. Scheduled for Sat. Nov. 11, the event runs from 9:30am to 7pm at the Bellco Theatre at the Colorado Convention Center. In addition to the speakers, the Exhibits Lounge at Wonder will showcase "technology demonstrations, new products, and creative works in an interactive, social space to stimulate the mind and body," according to organizers.
Beyond Saturday's main event, TEDxMileHigh will be holding a free social event at 7pm on Friday night, at RiNo Yacht Club. There will also be a free after party with music, drinks and networking opportunities beginning at 7pm on Saturday at the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver; space is limited, but Wonder ticket holders can RSVP here.
