After making his return to television hosting Saturday Night Live alongside musical guests A Tribe Called Quest back in November, comedy genius Dave Chappelle announced that he would be delivering not one, not two, but three stand-up comedy specials on Netflix. Two of those specials are set for release Tuesday, March 21 on the streaming platform.

As Pitchfork reported, “Dave Chappelle: The Age of Spin” was filmed at the Palladium in Los Angeles in March of 2016 and “Dave Chappelle: Deep in the Heart of Texas” was captured at Austin’s Moody Theater in April of 2015. You can get a sneak peek at the specials in a new trailer set to ATCQ’s amazing new track “We The People” (see above).

While the release date for the third special has yet to be announced, it’s great to see some new specials from Chappelle. His last was 2004’s “Dave Chappelle: For What It’s Worth,” which has since become a comedy classic, only adding to the anticipation around the new specials.
