Popstar Kelly Clarkson is busy enjoying married life with children as she expects her second child with husband Brandon Blackstock. Having sold her property in Texas years ago and moving completely to Tennessee, E! got an inside glimpse of the Grammy winning singer's elaborate home where it has all the space and rooms that fulfill the American Dream.
Clarkson's Tennessee home is the address the couple put on their marriage licenses after Clarkson sold the rest of her acres in her native Texas. The home opens to a double staircase or if preferred, there is a private elevator to get to the next floor. The living room in the spacious 17,000 square foot home is two story with a separated dedicated quiet space including a fireplace.
The mastersuite is everything the country gal's heart could desire. The views overlook mountains and lakes while the his and hers bathroom gives the couple their own personal areas with a bathtub dividing the two sides right in the middle of the room.
Over in the kitchen, it's bright and open. Clarkson and Blackstock can cook enough food for their family gatherings using multiple ovens and sinks with one sink placed in the island in the middle of the room.
For recreation, it doesn't get any better than hanging with the 2002 "American Idol" winner. The home has a theater room with wood paneling and rows of leather seats for comfortable entertainment. She has her own private gym with TV and all. For Clarkson's competitive side, she has a game room with pool and cards set up for guests. One of Clarkson's favorite activities is gaming with her friends and family rather it be Scrabble, board games or any other game that sparks her interest.
Outside, Clarkson and Blackstock have their own private dock on the water and of course a pool.
Years ago, Clarkson put her Texas home on the market. It was listed publicly and was a bright white space with a sophisticated classy touch. When Kelly Clarkson began her career, she was asked, "What do you want to do with your career?" Her reply? "I want to never have to work again." Working hard and standing her ground in the music industry, she's earned every bit of a peaceful life she now has after growing up in poverty.
