On March 14, the biggest names in music will all be at the Microsoft Theater in downtown Los Angeles to determine who had the best year on mainstream terrestrial radio. With names like Cardi B, Drake, Ariana Grande, and Miguel landing a lot of nominations this year, there's no telling who will be leaving the building with the most hardware at this year's iHeartRadio Music Awards.
Performers have yet to be announced but a full list of the nominees is currently available. Ed Sheeran's "Perfect" will be battling Drake's "God's Plan" and Post Malone's "Better Now" for Song of the Year, while Cardi B and Ariana Grande will go head-to-head to see earns the rights of Female Artist of the Year. H.E.R., Daniel Caesar, and Ella Mai will be battling for R&B Artist of the Year honors and a new category entitled Songs That Left Us Shook will allow fans to vote for their nominee of choice.
Social voting for the awards that permit began yesterday, Jan. 9, and will officially close on March 7. If you wish to vote for any of your favorite artists you can do so at the iHeartRadio website, here. For those you wishing to attend the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards, you can purchase tickets to the annual awards ceremony, here, on Jan. 16 at 10 a.m. PST. For those of you not able to attend the event, you can tune in to FOX on March 14 at 8 p.m. PST to watch the ceremony live.
