Imagine Dragons’ Smoke + Mirrors tour will stop in Chicago at Allstate Arena

Imagine Dragons is an American rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada. They formed in 2008 and consist of vocalist Dan Reynolds, guitarist Wayne “Wing” Sermon, bassist Ben McKee and drummer Daniel Platzman.

The band first garnered attention with their debut album, Night Visions and their first single, “It’s Time.” The album debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart and became the No. 1 album on Spotify Worldwide for 2013. The single “Radioactive," hit No. 1 on the Billboard Rock chart and earned the band their first Grammy for "Best Rock Performance" in 2014. Their second album, Smoke + Mirrors was released on December 15, 2014 on Interscope Records and KIDinaKORNER.

The band just recently announced the Smoke + Mirrors tour in support of their second album of the same name, which will make stops in major U.S. markets such as St. Louis, Chicago, Columbus, Pittsburgh, New York, Boston, Washington, Nashville, Atlanta, Houston, San Diego, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Denver and more. Smoke + Mirrors consists of thirteen tracks: “Shots,” “Gold,” “Smoke and Mirrors”, “I’m So Sorry,” “I Bet My Life,” “Polaroid,” “Friction,” “It Comes Back to You,” “Dream,” “Trouble,” “Summer,” “Hopeless Opus,” and “The Fall.” Their current single, “Shots” was released on January 26, 2015.

The band will make their Chicago appearance at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Ill on Monday, June 15, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. Pre-sale starts on February 17, 2015 at 10 a.m.
