The Indigo Girls are headed to the Sunshine State this spring.

On Monday, the veteran folk-rock duo comprised of Amy Ray and Emily Saliers announced their plans for a trio of shows scheduled across Florida in early May as part of their 2019 spring tour. The three new shows added to the band’s spring tour schedule include performances at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, Florida on May 3, the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on May 4, and wrapping with a gig at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in Orlando, Florida on May 5.

The band will begin their spring run in just a few weeks with a show at Babeville in Buffalo, New York on March 15. The duo will remain on the road for much of the spring and even heading into the summer months before their run of shows wraps on June 16 in Seattle.

The Indigo Girls is also scheduled to perform alongside the Utah Symphony in Park City, Utah on Aug. 10. The show continues the band’s theme of playing alongside orchestras from across the country, as the duo just completed a show with the Minnesota Orchestra in Minneapolis just last month. Last year the band also released a live album where they recorded a mix of their own material with help from the University of Colorado Symphony Orchestra. Fans can head over to the band’s Spotify page to listen to the orchestral-based album in full.

Pre-sale for the newly-announced Florida concerts will begin on Tuesday, March 5, at 10 a.m. EST. General on-sale will follow beginning on Friday, March 8, at 10 a.m. local. Fans can click here for more info on the band, in addition to tickets to select shows on their 2019 spring tour.
