Interview: Chris Lane talks hits, 'The Bachelor' and Soul2Soul (Watch)
AXS

Chris Lane knows a song's true success isn't told through a metric or metal. “The cool part for me was seeing [the fans] show up night after night and sing their hearts out," Lane told AXS of his pulsing hit "Fix." "It was my first Number One and it was my first song that made people show up and sing." The country star's follow-up, "For Her," was given the seal of approval by hopeless romantics worldwide after he performed it live on a date for ABC's "The Bachelor" and saw it soar to the top of the iTunes chart.

Lane's next bucket list item is supporting Tim McGraw and Faith Hill on their 2017 Soul2Soul Tour, a concert he's done before—as an audience member. "I went to [Soul2Soul] when I was a kid and here I am a part of it now, it’s crazy," he shares. "It’ll be a dream come true for sure." Check out our video with Lane above to hear more about his big year.
