Janelle Monáe announces Dirty Computer Tour, shares video for 'I Like That'

After giving the public an extended tease of her forthcoming album Dirty Computer, Janelle Monáe has announced a North American tour in support of the record that will kick off June 11 in Seattle, WA with stops including Boston, Denver, Washington, D.C., Salt Lake City and Minneapolis.

As if the tour announcement wasn't enough to get people excited, Monáe dropped a new music video for the song "I Like That." Like the other music videos for the advance singles "PYNK," "Make Me Feel" and "Django Jane," the art direction and concept are absolutely stellar. Far more simpler and subtler than the other advance videos, Monáe is showcased in only three settings, starting with multiple versions of the singer sitting in a theater ending with being stripped down soaking in a milk bath complete with flamingos hanging out next to her. Monáe even manages to drop an ode to TLC with the lyrics "a little crazy, a little sexy, a little cool," a shout out to the group's sophomore RIAA diamond-certified album CrazySexyCool.

Dirty Computer will be released April 27 via Wondaland/Bad Boy/Atlantic Records.
