Judas Priest announces Firepower 2019 North America spring tour

Judas Priest will return to North American shores in 2019. The British heavy metal pioneers have extended their highly successful FirepowerTour with a 2019 spring tour of the U.S. and Canada, which will keep the Grammy winners on the road through from early May through late June.

Consequences of Sound report on Dec. 3 that the multi-platinum sellers will hit 34 cities on the spring romp with support from fellow veteran British rockers Uriah Heep.  The tour will be be in continued support of Judas Priest's latest studio album Firepower, which dropped March 9 via Epic.

The “You Got Another Thing Comin'” hitmakers will kick off the new leg on May 3 in Hollywood, FL at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The band will numerous cities with stops in Atlanta, Nashville and Los Angeles before wrapping up June 29 in Las Vegas, NV at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel.

Select presales will begin on Tuesday, Dec. 11 at 10:00 a.m. local time through Thursday, Dec. 13 at 10:00 p.m. local time. Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, Dec. 14 at 10:00 a.m. local time. For more information, click here.

Judas Priest wrapping up their co-headline U.S. tour with Deep Purple on Sept. 30 in Wheatland, CA and will wrap up their touring year on Dec. 7 in North Jakarta, Indonesia, at Ecopark Ancol. They will kick off 2019 touring with Ozzy Osbourne  on his No More Tours 2 romp through Europe and the U.K., which launches Jan. 30 in Dublin  at 3Arena and will wrap up March 4 in Barcelona, Spain at Palau Sant Jordi.
