Singer songwriter Kacey Musgraves may have started out as a local favorite in Texas but this lady has etched herself a name in mainstream country music. Musgraves released three albums on her own while she was in Texas and building her musical career. She went on to appear in the fifth season of USA Network's Nashville Star and finished seventh.
