Grammy nominee Kelsea Ballerini made the best of her debut appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" on Tuesday night (Feb. 6). With her guitar in hand, the country breakout star stormed the stage with her current single "Yeah Boy," a fun and flirty entry lifted from her debut LP The First Time. Host Jimmy Fallon introduced her performance by reminding the audience of her biggest accomplishment to-date: she is the first country female to collect three consecutive No. 1 hits from her debut album.

"Yeah Boy" follows her breakthrough hit "Love Me Like You Mean It" and the two chart-topping follow-ups, "Dibs" and "Peter Pan."

At this year's upcoming Grammy Awards, Ballerini is up for the all-genre Best New Artist. The category is rounded out by fellow Nashville upstart Maren Morris, Anderson .Paak, "Closer" duo The Chainsmokers and Chance the Rapper. Ballerini is also set to make her splashy debut on the stage with a collaborative performance with Lukas Graham. Other country performers include Morris with R&B giant Alicia Keys, Carrie Underwood with Keith Urban (for "The Fighter"), Sturgill Simpson (who scored an Album of the Year nod for A Sailor's Guide to Earth), Little Big Town and more.

Ballerini hops aboard Thomas Rhett's upcoming Home Team Tour, which launches Feb. 23 with a show at the Dow Event Center in Saginaw, Mich. Russell Dickerson and Ryan Hurd will tag along as openers, as well. "I'm so excited to be touring with Thomas this spring. Not only is he absolutely on top of the world right now, I'm personally a huge fan of his music, and more so, his heart. Him and his wife are such amazing people, and I'm really looking forward to being around them," Ballerini recently told exclusively.

“This is really the first time we’ve been able to totally build our own stage and really plan for our show with all our fans,” Rhett said of the upcoming tour. “There has been this undeniable energy out on the road this year, and I know having Kelsea out there is going to amp things up even more. Having my own tour also gives me the opportunity to introduce some people I think are going to explode in the next couple of years and help give them a platform to reach the fans, like how Blake, Toby and Jason did for me. I’m a huge fan of both Ryan and Russell and I can’t wait for my fans to get to know them too.”
