Kid Cudi designs the Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin' Tour

North America is about to re-enter the “Cudi Zone,” as Cleveland rapper Kid Cudi has officially announced his first batch of concerts of the year. Titled the Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin’ Tour, the 26-date run of shows start on Sept. 30 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and run until Nov. 22 with a final gig in Seattle, Washington.

The tour was officially announced on Tuesday, a few days after his manager Dennis Cummings hinted at a big announcement by posting a brief, 10-second video on Twitter the week prior. The tour is named after Cudi’s sixth studio album, which was released last December. He was also included in Tyler The Creator’s Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival lineup announcement on Monday, which gave fans the first hint of his return to performing in 2017.

The tour’s opening concert on Sept. 30 will be Cudi’s first public show of the year, having only performed on Jimmy Fallon’s "Tonight Show" so far in 2017 back in February. The video of his television performance can be watched in the clip above.

Pre-sale tickets for select shows on his Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin' Tour will be on sale starting this Thursday, Aug. 17 and can be purchased by clicking here.
