
The LA Galaxy have announced their complete 2018 Major League Soccer home schedule for the regular season. The Galaxy will play 16 regular season games at the StubHub Center in Carson, Calif., following two preseason home games in February.
The Galaxy's regular season will once again start in March, with their regular season home opener against the Portland Timbers on March 4 (tickets). The earliest start time for a regular season home game will be noon on Sat., March 31 against Los Angeles FC (tickets) and the latest start time for a regular season home game will be Fri., May 25 when the Galaxy host the San Jose Earthquakes at 8 p.m. (tickets).
The game between the Galaxy and Los Angeles FC will be very special for Los Angeles soccer fans. It will be the first time since 2014 that two teams from Los Angeles play against each other in the MLS. Chivas USA was part of the MLS from 2005 to 2014 and shared a home stadium with the Galaxy. The expansion Los Angeles FC franchise will play at the newly-built Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles and the team will be coached by former USMNT head coach Bob Bradley.
