Lewis Black's new tour includes Anaheim, Colorado Springs, Daytona Beach
Comedy Central/YouTube

Lewis Black has just announced a new spate of live performances, which include stops at Anaheim's City National Grove of Anaheim, the Pikes Peak Center in Colorado Springs, and the Peabody Auditorium in Daytona Beach. Tickets for all three shows go on sale this Friday, Oct. 27 at 10 a.m. local time through AXS.

Called "The Joke's On US Tour," Black's latest round of shows will bring America's most hilariously angry man to more than two dozen different cities nationwide between the end of January and mid-May. Best known for his "Back in Black" segments on Comedy Central's "The Daily Show," one of which you can watch by playing the video above, he is an author, actor (who appropriately portrayed the character of Anger in Disney's animated comedy "Inside Out"), and the most sharp political comedian of our generation or any other. Black has been particularly on point since the last Presidential election, and in a recent special on Canada's CBC, quipped he might quit comedy altogether because of Donald Trump.

Luckily for audiences, he hasn't done that yet. Instead, he's bringing his renewed frustration with all things in the modern world to venues around the country for everyone to share in his pain. With no shortage of topics to rave about and an always high level of energy, seeing Lewis Black live ought to be on everyone's to-do list in 2018 and there's plenty of opportunities to laugh while it hurts. One of Black's earliest stops will be at the City National Grove of Anaheim (on Feb. 02), while mid-way through he'll visit the Peabody Auditorium (March 24) and near the end, the Pikes Peak Center (April 19). Fans can get the first chance at the best seats to all three of those shows when tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. local time. Ticket prices vary by venue, but all three shows can be purchased using the links below.
