Lily Allen fans rejoice! The always-evolving Lily Allen has announced the upcoming arrival of what will be her fourth studio album, titled No Shame, and scheduled for a June 8 release. The veteran British singer-songwriter revealed her upcoming album and touring plans on Thursday, with more details of her 2018 itinerary also shared through her social media outlets early Friday morning as well.

Up until recently, the only new music Allen had shared was a hip-hop driven single released back in January titled “Trigger Bang” alongside Giggs. Allen shared two new songs to go with her album announcement on Thursday, with an innocent and easily lovable piano ballad titled “Three” and a much more contemporary pop-friendly single titled “Higher.” Both of the new songs will presumably appear on No Shame when it arrives this summer, and can be heard in the lyric videos above and below.

Allen also revealed on Thursday that in addition to performing select shows across the U.K. and Europe this spring, that she’ll also be coming over to the U.S. for a pair of concerts in New York and L.A. Allen will first stop into the Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn on April 23 before heading across the country for a one-off show at Los Angeles’ El Rey Theatre on April 25. Tickets for the two shows are on sale now, and can be purchased by clicking here.

“I believe that we as humans work through things by talking about them, and that’s what making music is, for me. It’s sharing things that you hope are going to connect with people, not that are going to connect with algorithms,” Allen said about the catharsis from working on her new album. “I think we are so led by outside forces in terms of the way we express ourselves nowadays, because we’re so scared of what comes back. It’s something I’ve always wanted to explore. It’s why I went into it at the beginning, when it felt a lot more free.”

Fans outside of the Los Angeles/New York City area shouldn’t fret however, as the popular singer will most likely be sharing more concert date as the release of No Shame draws closer.
