Limited edition pink vinyl reissues of Modest Mouse, Hall & Oates, more to be released for cancer benefit

Every year, there is a Ten Bands One Cause charity event and this year's event has been announced. There are some big names involved in this year's pink vinyl LP releases that will raise money for Gilda's Club NYC.

Gilda's Club NYC was named after comedian Gilda Radner, who passed away in 1989 at the age of 43 from ovarian cancer. The organization provides community support for people diagnosed with cancer as well as their caretakers. This is the fifth year for the Ten Bands One Cause charity, which has raised over $200,000 in those five years.

Names for this release include E1-P from Run the Jewels, Modest Mouse, Soccer Mommy, Local Natives, Hall & Oates, Black Moth Super Rainbow, Silversun Pickups, Tyler Childers and The All-American Rejects. To round out the 10 albums, the Rock Horror Picture Show Soundtrack will also get a re-release in pink vinyl.

Some of the prizes for music fans this year includes E1-P's 2012 solo album Cancer4Cure This is a Long Drive for Someone with Nothing to Think About by Modest Mouse and Gorilla Manor by Local Natives.

Every one of the pink vinyl albums in the Ten Bands One Cause charity release will be available all across the United States from Sept. 25 through Oct. 26.
