Lisa Lampanelli is slated to bring her side-splitting set of equal-opportunity offending jokes to the City National Grove of Anaheim live stage on June 9. The AXS-ticketed sale begins this Friday, Jan. 12 at 12:00 p.m. PST. The stop is part of Lampanelli’s 2018 live tour.
Lisa Lampanelli is known as comedy’s Lovable Queen of Mean. She pushes boundaries in her standup routine which often features ethnic jokes and humor on various minority groups. She has notably appeared on several roasts in which she has blasted celebrities like Jeff Foxworthy, Betty White and David Hasselhoff, to name a few. She has also headlined several hour-long comedy specials. Her fifth stand up special, "Back to the Drawing Board," aired on EPIX and features Lampanelli’s stunning new look after a 100-pound weight loss. The soundtrack of the special earned a Grammy nomination for Best Comedy Album in 2015. (Watch a clip of the special in the attached video).
Lampanelli has been a frequent guest on “The Howard Stern Show,” has appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” “Celebrity Apprentice” season five, along with several other TV credits. She made her feature film debut in “Not Fade Away” alongside the late “Sopranos” star James Gandolfini. Lampanelli notably wrote and starred in her own one-woman play Off-Broadway called “Stuffed” in 2016.
