U.K. pop stars Liam Payne and Rita Ora released their song "For You" on Jan. 4. The two linked up for the latest "Fifty Shades" soundtrack.

"For You" is the lead single from the soundtrack to "Fifty Shades Freed," the final installment in the "50 Shades" movie trilogy. Payne experienced a breakout year last year thanks to his hit single "Strip That Down" while Ora found big success in the U.K. with "Anywhere." Rita and Liam take the reins from Payne's former One Direction bandmate Zayn Malik and Taylor Swift, who teamed up for the 2017's "Fifty Shades Darker" soundtrack.

Like "Love Me Like You Do" and "I Don't Wanna Live Forever," the previous "Fifty Shades" singles, "For You" rides an '80s-inspired sound with a rush of glowing synth backing Ora and Payne. They bring back the sex factor with their steamy verses. "Skin to skin / Breathe me in," Liam sings. Though billed as a duet, Rita pretty much takes over in a powerhouse performance while Payne adds a level of sultriness on his verse. "For You" is red hot and romantic pop track that's a dreamy closer to the series.

"For You" is now available on iTunes and Apple Music. "Fifty Shades Freed" opens in theaters on Feb. 9.
