Mark Morton has shared another single from his solo debut, Anesthetic, and while the Lamb of God guitarist has called on a number of hard rock heavy hitters for his previous singles, this one is a veritable supergroup. “Save Defiance” features Alter Bridge singer Myles Kennedy, Alice in Chains bassist Mike Inez, Korn drummer Ray Luzier and a man known simply as Slash.

As Loudwire pointed out, the tune sees Kennedy showing off his impressive range and contains elements that will please hard rock and metal fans alike. Listen to “Save Defiance” in the video above.

“Save Defiance” follows previous Anesthetic singles “The Truth is Dead” featuring Morton’s Lamb of God comrade Randy Blythe and Arch Enemy singer Alissa White-Gluz as well as “Cross Off,” which features vocals from the late Chester Bennington. Anesthetic arrives on March 1.

Mark Morton is hitting the road around Anesthetic with metalcore band Light the Torch including stops at Philadelphia’s Underground Arts and The Roxy in Los Angeles. Click here to browse AXS for tickets to select Mark Morton dates.
