After sharing a lyric video for new track “Got to Go Where the Love Is,” Van Morrison has released the second single from his upcoming album, The Prophet Speaks. “Spirit Will Provide” is a laid-back lounge-infused number--keeping with the loungey theme Van established on “Got to Go Where the Love Is”--with a much needed optimistic outlook. You can listen to “Spirit Will Provide” in the video above.

The Prophet Speaks is the prolific singer-songwriter’s 40th album. As Jambase reported, the album features 14 tracks including some choice covers of artists like Sam Cooke, Willie Dixon, J.D. Harris and John Lee Hooker as well as a number of new originals Morrison recorded with longtime collaborator and multi-instrumentalist Joey DeFrancesco. The Prophet Speaks arrives on Dec. 7.

Van Morrison is set for a five-night residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas in 2019. Van kicks off the run with two shows on Jan. 26 & 27 and concludes with three nights Jan. 30 through Feb. 2. You can find tickets on AXS by following this link.
