Little Steven & the Disciples of Soul have announced an upcoming 18-city romp across North America. The band will be touring in continued support of frontman Steven Van Zandt's first solo album in two decades Soulfire, which dropped May 19 via UMe.

Rolling Stone reported on Aug. 9 that the multi-talented actor and musician will continue to put his downtime away from touring with Bruce Springsteen & the E-Street Band to good use. The former "Sopranos" star's latest round of Soulfire Tour dates will precede a recently announced tour of Europe,  which launches Nov. 4 in London at The Roundhouse.

The North American leg will kick off Sept. 23 in Port Chester, New York, at The Capitol Theatre. The tour will hit numerous major cities with stops in Boston, Philadelphia, Seattle and Toronto before wrapping up Oct. 26 in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., at Revolution Live.

Presales for select shows are on sale now through Fri., Aug. 11 at 10:00 p.m. local time. Tickets go on sale to the public beginning Sat., Aug. 12 at 10:00 a.m. local time. A variety of Little Steven dates are available at AXS.

A long overdue follow up to 1999's Born Again Savage, Soulfire features 12 tracks, including the lead single “Saint Valentine's Day.” It is available here in CD, digital and vinyl formats.

Prior to kicking off the fall U.S. tour, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer will co-headline on Sept. 21 at Holmdel, New Jersey, at PNC Bank Arts Center as part of Laid Back Festival. Vaughn and band will be part of an all-star tribute to the late great Gregg Allman along with Jackson Browne, Peter Wolf and others.
