LP announces winter 2018 North American tour

Early next year, Long Island, N.Y.-based singer-songwriter LP will be bringing her current Lost on You World Tour to North America. This February, Laura Pergolizzi will begin playing a series of shows at venues in cities such as San Francisco, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Chicago, Detroit, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Atlanta and Brooklyn, N.Y.’s own Brooklyn Steel. Tickets for these sure to be incredible shows go on sale Nov. 17 at 10 a.m.

Although LP has been producing emotionally resonant indie rock since 2001, her big break didn’t come until 2006. That year, she made a remarkable appearance at the SXSW Music Festival and was quickly signed to a recording contract by legendary music executive L.A. Reed. After that signing she quickly developed repetition as one of the music industry’s best songwriters, penning for the likes of the Backstreet Boys, Rihanna and Christina Aguilera.

In 2016, LP reestablished her bona fides as a solo star with the release of her fourth studio album, Lost on You. In addition to receiving widespread critical acclaim, the record has also released achieved platinum certification in two different countries.
