Colombian superstar Maluma premiered the music video for "Marinero" on May 6. He gives an emotional performance in the new clip.

"Marinero" (English: "Sailor") is one of the songs on Maluma's upcoming album, F.A.M.E. He's so far previewed the record with last year's "Felices Los 4" and "Corazón" and "El Préstamo" from March. He slows things down on the heart-wrenching "Marinero," calling out for an ex that he left high and dry atop the strumming of a guitar. Maluma deep dives into his feelings for this raw ballad on the rocks.

Maluma co-directed the "Marinero" music video with Mike Ho, the guy behind clips by Kid Ink and Mary J. Blige. The self-proclaimed Pretty Boy, Dirty Boy escapes his lavish lifestyle to the bar where he break downs thinking about his lost love. Drinking his problems away, the last few seconds are pretty sad to watch with Maluma shedding some tears. He goes for the Oscar in this dramatic performance.

"Marinero" is now available on iTunes and Apple Music. Maluma's F.A.M.E. album will be released on May 18. In other news, the music videos for his collaborations with Burns ("Hands on Me") and Jason Derulo ("Colors") recently dropped as well.
