Mr. Carmack to launch The Original Sound Tour in 2018

Electronic music fans looking for a fun way to party this winter just got an exciting new option. On Nov. 28, progressive EDM producer Mr. Carmack announced on Twitter plans to tour North America beginning in late January. As part of The Original Sound Tour, Carmack will be playing shows in Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, New Orleans, Atlanta, Washington DC, Detroit, Denver, Salt Lake City, Seattle and Cambridge, Mass.’s finest live music venue  The Sinclair.

Although no other artists have been confirmed for the tour, Carmack’s announcement post did mention that he would be hitting the road with some special guests so The Original Sound Tour has Mystery Flavored Oreo vibe to it right now. Tickets for these sure to be invigorating live shows go on sale Nov. 30 at 1 p.m.

Aaron “Mr.” Carmack began producing music at the early part of this decade with an eye toward fusing hip-hop and dance music sonic textures in new and exciting ways. He quickly realized his ambition and developed a sizeable following that made his first two EPs, Bang, Vol. 3 and Life/Death major hits on Bandcamp. Currently signed to Diplo’s mad decent label, Mr. Carmack is poised to be one of 2018’s breakout stars.
