Mumford & Sons plan intimate show in Las Vegas to kick off festival season

Before they head out on the summer festival circuit, Mumford & Sons will play a headlining concert in Las Vegas. The show takes place June 24 at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, which is an intimate venue that only holds 4,000 people.  That means you won't want to sleep on getting tickets when they go on sale this Friday because there's a good chance this concert will sell out.

A venue that holds 4,000 people may seem big, but in terms of Mumford & Sons standards, it's not. This spring they are performing a handful of headlining concerts in the states, and each venue they're booked at holds more than 20,000 people.

There's going to be a pre-sale for Mumford & Sons'June 24 concert, and it begins May 10. Tickets will then go on sale to the public May 12 at 10 a.m. PT. Both pre-sale and general public tickets can be bought at AXS here. Tickets start at $35. On the day of the concert The Joint's doors will open at 7 p.m. and the show begins at 8 p.m.

This spring and summer Mumford & Sons are booked to perform at almost a dozen festivals. In 2017 they'll be at Hangout Music Festival, Boston Calling, Frequency Festival, Longitude Festival and Lollapalooza Berlin. A complete list of their upcoming concerts and festival appearances can be found here
