The English rock band Muse are riding the cutting edge of video creation. The band has teamed up with tech development agency Branger_Briz in using artificial intelligence and machine learning to create a new lyric video each day for a month to go with Muse’s latest single, “Dig Down.” How does it work? Good question.
The software created specially for the project combs the internet for footage of artists, celebrities and politicians who are using the lyrics to “Dig Down.” The footage is then “sewn” together using timing information from the song. The first video is already posted on Muse’s website and a new one will be uploaded each day for a month. You can check them out here. You can also watch the original music video for “Dig Down” above.
Muse are touring North America and the U.K. this summer and fall including a stop at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado on Sept. 18 with Thirty Seconds to Mars and PVRIS. You can find Muse Red Rocks tickets on AXS by clicking here.
