NBA champion Warriors to play Lakers in T-Mobile Arena exhibition in October

Las Vegas's T-Mobile Arena will welcome two of the NBA's most high-profile teams in October. The Los Angeles Lakers will host the 2018 NBA champion Golden State Warriors in an exhibition game on Wednesday, Oct. 10. Basketball fans can watch this clash of the titans live by getting tickets now through AXS.

The Warriors recently swept the Cleveland Cavaliers to capture the NBA championship, earning their third title in four tries. Led by the league's top player, Stephen Curry, Golden State is a force to be reckoned with and fantastic to watch in person. And while NBA finals MVP Kevin Durant is now a free agent, if he does re-sign with the Warriors, they will bring a fearsome one-two punch into T-Mobile Arena.

However, the Lakers did beat the Warriors on March 6 in Los Angeles, highlights of which you can watch by playing the video at the top of this article. They'd love nothing more than to pull off another victory in Las Vegas, so even though this is an exhibition game, it's still going to be some top-caliber basketball that sports fans should definitely put on their fall schedule.

The Los Angeles Lakers will be looking to make it back to the NBA Finals for the first time since 2010, when they won their second of two consecutive titles under Phil Jackson. In 2018, they'll be looking to rebound after failing to make the playoffs, finishing third in the Pacific Division and 11th in the Western Conference. Playing the reigning champions will be an excellent barometer of where the 2018-2019 Lakers stand, and so there's every reason to get your tickets to this Las Vegas exhibition game now.

Tickets for the Los Angeles Lakers vs. Golden State Warriors at T-Mobile Arena are on sale now through the AXS event page. Tickets range from $30.00 to $550.00; note that there is a maximum of four tickets per person.

If you're not in Las Vegas, you can also get tickets to the Lakers' exhibition game against the Denver Nuggets at AXS. That game takes place on Sunday, Sept. 30 at Valley View Casino Center in San Diego, and tickets range from $21.00 to $301.00. There is an eight ticket per person limit for that event.
