Kelly Clarkson shows off infant daughter at Miracle on Broadway charity concert

Nothing could stop Kelly Clarkson from throwing her first annual Miracle on Broadway charity concert. As reported by E! News on Monday, Dec. 22, the singer actually spent Saturday morning in the ER but still managed to perform her show later that night.

While Kelly didn't reveal the exact cause of her hospital visit, it seems that it was related to a vitamin deficiency. "Y'all, I spent all morning in the ER! But don't worry. They gave me a shot of B12, and I'm feeling great and so excited to be here!" she told the crowd.

The fact that Kelly had spent the entire morning at a hospital emergency room wasn't evident as she looked beautiful and radiant on stage in festive red dresses. She completed her look with bright red lipstick and curled hair.

Kelly threw the concert, held at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena, to benefit four Nashville nonprofit organizations. She performed songs from her 2013 Christmas album, Wrapped in Red. Many country stars joined her on stage, including her mother-in-law Reba McEntire, Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, Kacey Musgraves, and Martina McBride. Pop star Meghan Trainor and rock band singer Paramore's Hayley Williams also performed.

Reba praised her daughter-in-law. She told aspiring singers out in the crowd that Kelly is the one to look up as a role model because she's not only a great singer but also has "the biggest heart."

However talented those other performers are, the person whom Kelly was most excited to share a stage with may not have been any of them but her 6-month-old daughter, River Rose. She brought River Rose out to the stage to show her off. Kelly admitted that she just couldn't resist showing everyone just how cute of a daughter she has.

"Isn't she just the cutest? This is her first Christmas and her first Christmas dress and I just had to bring her out here to show her off. I've probably scarred her for life!" she said.

An Instagram photo that Kelly Clarkson posted the next day shows her laughing with River Rose backstage. She described the concert, which ended up raising $40,000 for charity, as "beyond incredible." Perhaps River Rose will follow her mom into a singing career?
