Few musicians are more iconic or influential than Sir Paul McCartney. The Beatles legend changed the course of music history with his first band and even 45 years into his solo career, he remains a vibrant artist. And although McCartney has performed in front of tens of millions of fans, his newly-announced One on One Tour promises to be one of his best yet.

Scheduled to hit the Target Center in Minneapolis on May 4-5, the One on One Tour finds McCartney visiting many markets for the first time, including Fresno, Little Rock and Sioux Falls. Unlike his massive Out There Tour -- which swung through Target Field on Aug. 22, 2014 -- these shows are part of a limited number of dates McCartney is scheduled to perform this year.

In fact, McCartney’s Target Center shows were announced after the initial dates of his tour were revealed and they're his only back-to-back American shows this year. They’re also the final dates of his tour's North American leg, which means the shows will have an even more celebratory atmosphere.

And McCartney shows are quite the party. With a catalog that includes some of the most beloved songs in music history, his musical credentials are evident but McCartney’s production is also top tier. The One on One Tour features a newly redesigned set that includes video screens, lasers, pyrotechnics and all of the bells and whistles afforded tours of this stature.

The One on One Tour promises nearly three hours of some of the finest music ever written from a performer who has been entertaining for generations in an environment outfitted with the latest in concert technology. No need to worry, Paul McCartney won’t let you down.
