Paul McCartney continues to tantalize fans by doling out dates piecemeal for his newly launched One On One Tour. The iconic British pop-rocker's latest addition will take place on July 17 in Boston at Fenway Park.
The ex-Beatle made the announcement on April 20 via his official Paul McCartney website. The 21-time Grammy winner has enjoyed a longtime love affair with fans in Beantown, having set the two-day concert box office record on Aug. 5 - Aug. 6, 2009 at Fenway Park, as well as breaking the record for the largest single concert attendance in Fenway history on July 9, 2013.
It will be the ex-Beatle's fourth time playing in the historic Boston ballpark. The show is the latest of three new additions by the "Band on the Run" hitmaker who previously announce dates on Aug. 9 in Washington at the Verizon Center and his first appearance since 2002 on Aug. 17 in Cleveland at the Quicken Loans Arena earlier this week.

The two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Famer kicked off his One On One Tour on April 13 in Fresno, California with a show that featured classic Beatles hits never performed live by Macca as a solo artist, including The Fab Four's "A Hard Day's Night" and "Love Me Do." During his recent stop on April 17 in Seattle, at KeyArena At Seattle Center, the ex-Wings star treated fans to a surprise guest appearance by former Nirvana star Krist Novoselic, who teamed with McCartney for a cover The Beatles White Album classic "Helter Skelter."
Sir Paul McCartney is touring in support of a soon-to-be-released career-spanning compilation titled Pure McCartney. The deluxe edition the post-Beatles set includes 67 tracks and will be available in multiple formats on June 10 via Hear Music.
The One On One Tour continues on April 30 in North Little Rock, Arkansas, at Verizon Arena. Tickets for select Paul McCartney events are available at AXS.
