Nick Jonas has given fans another reason to rejoice! During an interview with ETCanada, he revealed the Jonas Brothers are going on tour sometime in 2019.

Though he didn’t release specific details, he did express excitement in hitting the road with his brothers and his gratitude for the band’s loyal fanbase.

“We haven’t [officially] announced the tour yet, but we’re going to go on tour. I mean, I can say that” he revealed. “We’re very excited. I mean, the reaction to this music has just been unbelievable, and we’re so grateful for our fans, for sticking around. And all these new fans as well.”

Fans have been stoked about the long-awaited Jonas Brothers reunion. They’ve also embraced new music from the Grammy-nominated trio, as their reunion single, “Sucker,” shot straight to the top of Billboard’s Hot 100 chart. Though an official launch date has not been announced, fans will undoubtedly flock to see Nick and his brothers Joe Jonas and Kevin Jonas perform live on tour.

Jonas sat down with the news outlet to promote his role in the upcoming animated film, “UglyDolls,” in which he plays a mean-spirited doll named Lou. The “Jealous” singer admitted playing this a villain is “very fun,” as it gives him a chance to step out of his comfort zone.

He added, “I’m not quite like [my character] Lou, unless I’ve not had my coffee in the morning — otherwise, I can go that way. But as an actor, it’s kind of a dream scenario to be a jerk and to play that out in this way. It really gives you the freedom to explore, and kind of take a very different approach to everyday life.”

Some of Jonas’ famous “UglyDolls” cast members include Kelly Clarkson, Janelle Monae, Blake Shelton, Bebe Rexha, Pitbull and more. The film is slated for theatrical release on May 3.

The newlywed, who recently married actress Priyanka Chopra, also spoke fondly of his bride.

“Married life is amazing,” Jonas said. “Having your teammate, your person, kind of on your side through everything is just incredible. I highly suggest it. I think marriage is great and when you find the right person, it’s even more amazing.”

Thus far, Jonas Brothers fans have fiercely embraced the group’s reunion, which includes two feel-good singles “Sucker,” and most recently, “Cool.” The first single marked the first new Jonas Brothers music in nearly six years. The Grammy-nominated trio also had fun celebrating coming back together with a weeklong stint on “The Late Late Show with James Corden.”

NBC recently announced the Jonas Brothers will hit the stage as musical guests on SNL on May 11. Actress Emma Thompson will host.
