Paul McCartney adds two more dates to his summer tour

Slowly but surely Paul McCartney is rolling out dates for his summer of 2015 Out There Tour. Today, the Grammy Award winning artist has revealed two more dates for his US tour. One concert will take place in Charlottesville, Va., and the other in Columbia, S.C.

Along with those two newly announced concerts, McCartney thus far has only announced three headlining concerts in the US for the summer of 2015. His other one takes place in Philadelphia on June 21. Paul McCartney's Out There Tour began in May 2013. On this tour he has performed in South America, Asia, Europe, North America, and Central America.

This summer he will also appear at a number of music festivals. He will headline the first night of the 2015 Lollapalooza Music Festival in Chicago, and the first night of the Firefly Music Festival. Tickets for Lolla are already sold out.

According to the press release, at these concerts McCartney will perform music from his solo career, Beatles songs, and Wings songs. His most recent solo album, New was released in the fall of 2013.

Tickets for Paul McCartney's concerts in Charlottesville, Va., and Columbia, S.C. go on sale beginning May 4 at 10 a.m. local time. There will be a pre-sale for American Express card members. That pre-sale begins April 30 at 10 a.m. local time. The pre-sale will end May 3 at 10 p.m. local time. Tickets can be purchased via the live page on McCartney's official website.
