Paul McCartney announced Wednesday he'll play his first ever show in Grand Rapids, Michigan Aug. 15 at the Van Andel Arena. The first chance to get tickets for the show begins this Thursday when pre-sale tickets will be available through Ticketmaster beginning at 8 a.m. local time (1 p.m. BST/British Summer Time) tomorrow. The password for this pre-sale will be “1ON1WITHPAUL.” American Express card members will also be able to purchase tickets early before the general public starting at 10 a.m. EST tomorrow until 10 p.m. May 1 EST. There is a limit of four per order for this sale.
Ticket sale for the general public starts at 10 a.m. May 2, McCartney's press office said. The ticket prices will start at $29.50 and also be $99, $168, and $253 from the Van Andel Arena and DeVos Place box offices, all Ticketmaster outlets, online at Ticketmaster, or by calling (800) 745-3000. A limit of six tickets will apply and prices are subject to change, McCartney's website said. Tickets for McCartney's North America One On One Tour shows are also available here and also here.
The One on One Tour now has 35 shows. The tour will be resuming after a 10-day break on April 30 with a show at Verizon Arena in Little Rock, Arkansas.
