Paul McCartney shows no signs of slowing down in 2017. The iconic British rocker has added Mexico as his latest One On One Tour top.
The two-time Rock and Roll unveiled the news on June 28 via his official Paul McCartney website. This visit will be the 21-time Grammy winner's first show in Mexico in five years and comes in the wake of recently added multiple dates in Brazil, Columbia, Australia and New Zealand.
The ex-Beatle's last stop in Mexico was during his On The Run Tour, during which he performed three shows, wrapping up May 10, 2012 with a historic outdoor concert in Mexico City, at Zocalo Square in front of an estimated 250,000 fans. The multi-platinum seller has only performed 10 shows in Mexico since playing the country for the first time in 1993 during his New World Tour.
The latest addition will take place Oct. 28 in Mexico City at Estadio Azteca. Macca has sandwiched the date between his late fall romp through South America and his winter tour Down Under.
