Paul McCartney's 2016 One on One tour adds shows in Milwaukee and St. Louis

Paul McCartney has added two more dates in the U.S. for his 2016 One on One world tour: July 8 at SummerFest in Milwaukee and Aug. 13 at Busch Stadium in St. Louis. It will be McCartney's first concert in Milwaukee since 2013, when he performed at Miller Park. McCartney's previous concert in St. Louis was in 2012 at the old Busch Stadium.

Tickets for these two shows go on sale April 15 at 10 a.m. local time. For the Milwaukee show, American Express card members can purchase tickets before the general public from April 12 at 10 a.m. local time through April 14 at 10 p.m. local time. For the St. Louis show, American Express card members can purchase tickets before the general public from April 8 at 10 a.m. local time through April 14 at 10 p.m. local time. The former Beatle performed several concerts in 2015 for his Out There tour, playing 27 shows in 22 cities throughout the world, including McCartney's first-ever concert in South Korea. According to Pollstar, McCartney had the No. 13 tour worldwide in 2015, based on ticket sale grosses. He grossed $77.7 million from 23 shows in 19 cities, with an average ticket price of $155.76.

The start of the European leg of the One on One tour coincides with the release of Pure McCartney, a compilation spanning his solo career (including his recordings with Wings) to be released on June 10, 2016. Pure McCartney will be released in multiple formats: as a 2-CD set, 4-CD set and a 4-LP vinyl set, as well as a digital version. Songs included on Pure McCartney include "Maybe I'm Amazed,” “Jet,” “Silly Love Songs,” “Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey,” “Ebony and Ivory” (duet with Stevie Wonder), "Band on the Run,” “My Love,” “Live and Let Die,” “Say Say Say” (2015 remix), “No More Lonely Nights” and “With a Little Luck.”
