Paul McCartney will headline on Friday, July 8, 2016 at Marcus Amphitheater during Summerfest in Milwaukee, Wisc., according to an announcement from Summerfest. 'The World's Largest Music Festival," runs June 29-July 3 and July 5-10, 2016 on the lakefront in Milwaukee.
Tickets for McCartney's concert are sure to be in demand. Tickets go on sale April 15, 2015 at 10 a.m..at the Summerfest Box Office in person, online at various sites, and by calling 1-414-723-2600. Concert tickets include admission to Summerfest. SLO pre-sale tickets will be available on April 11, according to the Paul McCartney website.
The One on One Tour promises to unveil redesigned sets and dozens of classic songs from McCartney's beloved catalog of music. McCartney plays music from his career as a solo musician, as member of Wings, and from The Beatles. A McCartney concert features the best of rock music from the past 50 years.
McCartney has played the most prestigious venues in the world, including The White House in Washington, DC, Buckingham Palace in London, the Coliseum in Rome, and Red Square in Moscow. He played the final concert at Candlestick Park in San Francisco, which is where The Beatles played their final concert back in 1966.
Summerfest offers a variety of music on several stages for the general admission tickets. Concerts at Marcus Amphitheater require a ticket purchase, which includes general admission.
