Phoenix

French rock band Phoenix have been hinting at the follow up album cycle to 2013’s Bankrupt! since late last year. Up until Monday, they had only announced 2017 concert dates in New York, Los Angeles and some select cities around Europe for this summer.

The band did a little more than update their social media pictures on Monday morning, when they announced a 33-date tour set to take them around the globe this summer starting on May 12 in Miami, FL, and running until Sept. 30 in London. In addition to playing mostly major markets in the United States, including a show at Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre on June 7, the band will head to Europe and Asia for a run of festival appearances before closing things out in Western Europe come September.

Phoenix haven't really gone into much detail on the status of their first new music in nearly four years. With a big world tour now announced, fans should stay on the lookout for some new tunes dropping in the coming months leading up to summer.

They will be joined on the road by WhitneyMiike Snow and The Lemon Twigs on select dates. Check out their full tour itinerary below and stay tuned to AXS.com for updates on their new album.
