On Friday night, Magnus Høiberg aka Cashmere Cat, the 29-year-old DJ and producer who is making a name for himself by teaming up with huge stars such as Ariana Grande and Kanye West, made a stop in Los Angeles at The Wiltern for a sold out show as part of his North American tour.

With openers SOPHIE and Kingdom also on the bill, the DJ's set was packed with most of his new songs from his latest album 9, such as "9 (After Coachella)" featuring MØ and SOPHIE, as well as older hits such as "Wolves," which he produced for West's The Life of Pablo. While his new album features many pop stars, his set felt more like an intimate club setting, where mostly only his shadow was visible on stage, in front of a wall of lights. While his set was simple, it still was extremely satisfying and proved that Høiberg is the next big thing in electronic music.

Take a look at our photos from the show above, and check out upcoming tour and festival dates for Cashmere Cat here.
