All good things must come to an end. On Sunday, the final day for the 2017 installment of New York Comic Con was filled with people looking for last minute deals on the show floor. Sunday was also Kids Day, which meant a ton of kids were in the area dressed as their favorite superhero. Many of the older cosplayers enjoyed taking photos with the younger crowd.

When it was all said and done, this year's convention was one of the most popular yet. Many reports have come in with the convention having a record breaking 200,000 people showing up throughout all four days. Major panels such as a special peek at the upcoming season of AMC's The Walking Dead and a first look at the upcoming Pacific Rim Uprising film helped contribute to the massive influx of people.

If you managed to miss this year's festivities, there's always next year! New York Comic Con 2018 will arrive at the Javits Center from Oct. 4 through Oct. 7. As expected, tickets will go on sale to the general public next spring, so be sure to work on those quick fingers in order to secure your spot at the biggest convention on the east coast. Our cosplay photos from the final day of the convention can be seen in our slideshow above.
