After sharing videos for the tracks “Bubble Gum” (watch above) and “Workin Me” (see below), Migos’ Quavo dropped his debut solo album, Quavo Huncho, on Friday (Oct. 12) and the guest list is impressive to say the least. The Atlanta rapper debuted the album on DJ Khaled’s Beats 1 radio show. The 19-track, star-studded album sees features from Drake, 21 Savage, Cardi B, Travis Scott, Saweetie, Kid Cudi, Lil Baby and more. Quavo also brought on his Migos compadres Offset and Takeoff, as The Fader reported. Oh yeah, and someone named simply, Madonna.
The production is equally impressive. For the beats, Quavo collaborated with Pharrell, Murda Beatz, Kid Cudi, Cubeatz, Sool Got His, Tay Keith, WondaGurl, Wheezy and more. If all that wasn’t enough, the artwork for Quavo Huncho--designed by Canadian artist Mihailo Andic--is really cool, sort of a cross between pastoralism and surrealism that comes together to form a portrait of Quavo. You can check it out below.
Quavo and Migos are set to kick off a three-night run at the Staples Center in Los Angeles with Drake. Click here for tickets.
