Red Rocks Amphitheatre 2019 September schedule and event calendar

Summer winds down in September but the Red Rocks schedule shows no signs of slowing. September 2019 at Red Rocks has some great electronic, country, bluegrass and tribute shows. But the bill features heavily on some of the best singer-songwriters around. There’s also a little something for the kiddos. Here is your Red Rocks Amphitheatre 2019 September schedule and calendar.

The September schedule at Red Rocks gets underway with Kidz Bop on Sept. 1, featuring today’s biggest hits sung by kids for kids. On Sept. 2 singer-songwriter Amos Lee graces the Red Rocks stage followed by Texas guitar slinger and stellar singer-songwriter Gary Clark Jr. on Sept. 4. Americana trio The Wood Brothers--who are pretty handy with a tune--headline Red Rocks on Sept. 5 ahead of a show from Grateful Dead tribute act Dark Star Orchestra on Sept. 8, Dark Star will recreate the Dead’s Red Rocks show from the same date 26 years prior.

On Tuesday, Sept. 10, singer-songwriter and former Dire Straits frontman Mark Knopfler will treat the Red Rocks audience to career-spanning sets followed by a show from Nashville country act Old Dominion. A dance party kicks off on Sept. 12 with electronic artist Alison Wonderland ahead of three-night run from jamgrass favorites Greensky Bluegrass.

Singer-songwriter Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit come to Red Rocks on Sept. 17 ahead of a show from New Orleans rockers The Revivalists on Sept. 21. DJ and producer REZZ returns to Red Rock on Sept. 22 followed by Australian singer-songwriter and loop wiz Tash Sultana.

On Sept. 26 Led Zeppelin tribute act Get The Led Out will rock the Rocks ahead of Big Gigantic’s Rowdytown VIII two-night hometown throwdown. Christian singer-songwriter Lauren Daigle will close out the month at Red Rocks on Sept. 29.
