Reel Big Fish announce The Tickle My Tiki TOURch fall 2018 dates
Reel rBig Fish/VEVO

Veteran southern California ska outfit Reel Big Fish has announced their fall touring plans with a 22-date headlining trek under the banner, Tickle My Tiki TOURch. The North American tour will begin on Oct. 4 in Santa Cruz, California and runs throughout the fall months before coming to a close on Nov. 29 in Athens, Georgia. The band will be supported on all dates by Ballyhoo except for their Oct. 6 appearance at Huntington Beach’s High Tide Music Festival.

The upcoming fall run will see Reel Big Fish visiting a mix of major U.S. cities with smaller college-friendly towns like Madison, Wisconsin and Athens, Georgia. Other notable stops on the tour include scheduled shows at Salt Lake City’s The Complex (Oct. 9), a Black Friday Skanksgiving gig at Sayreville, New Jersey’s Starland Ballroom (Nov. 23) and Norfolk’s The NorVa (Nov. 28) just to name a few.

Reel Big Fish joined the wave of ska bands who formed in southern California and thrived throughout the skateboard scene that continued to take over the country throughout the 1990s alongside bands like Less Than Jake, Save Ferris and Goldfinger. Over their nearly 30-year career, the band has released eight studio albums, with the latest coming back in 2012 with Candy Coated Fury, which was produced by the band’s lone remaining co-founding member, vocalist and guitarist Aaron Barrett.

Tickets for select shows on the tour will be going on sale starting this Friday (Aug. 3) and can be purchased by clicking here.
