Rival Sons announces 2019 tour

American rock band Rival Sons is planning to return to Europe following a run with The Rolling Stones and Black Sabbath that garnered the band new fans. The band has announced 2019 tour dates that span 26 dates across the continent including six dates in the UK (Tickets). The upcoming tour coincides with the release of the band's sixth full-length album, Feral Roots, due in stores Jan. 25, 2019.

Rival Sons begin its trek in Newcastle, UK at the Northumbria Institute on Jan. 31 (Tickets) where the band will play six shows across the region including visits in Manchester, Leeds and London. During the run of dates, Rival Sons will perform four dates for France and five for Germany while touring surrounding countries including Austria and the Czech Republic. The band concludes the tour on March 5 in Denmark before heading back to the United States.

Feral Roots arrives on Jan. 25, 2019 across the globe, the band's first album on Low Country Sound under the Elektra Music Group (officially relaunched on Oct. 1, 2018, a group under Warner Music Group with reporting to Atlantic Music Group). The new album is produced by David Cobb, producer and founder of Low Country Sound who has had an extensive working relationship with Rival Sons. The latest single "Back in the Woods" follows lead single "Do Your Worst" which reached the top 20 on the rock charts.
