Roadcase Royale has announced the postponement of their support dates with Bob Seger, as well as the cancellation of the remaining shows on their U.S. fall headline tour. The new supergroup, which features Nancy Wilson of Heart and ex-Prince vocalist Liv Warfield, unveiled the change in plans after the ailing Seger postponed his Runaway Train Tour on Tuesday due to an urgent medical issue involving his vertebrae.
Bravewords reports on Oct. 4 that Roadcase Royale had booked a solo headline tour, which launched Sept. 10 in New York, scheduling the shows around their Runaway Train Tour dates with Seger. The fledgling band had four stops remaining on their fall headline trek, slated to run from Oct. 4 in Knoxville, Tenn., at Bijou Theater through Oct. 17 in New Orleans at Joy Theater, when the veteran Detroit rocker sustained a vertebrae injury prior to his show on Sept. 30 in Columbus, Ohio, at Nationwide Arena.
These four solo shows have now been completely canceled. Ticketholders are advised to get refunds at point of purchase. For more details, click here.
Wilson and company's support dates with Bob Seger & the Silver Bullet Band will be rescheduled. Ticketholders are asked to retain their stubs until the new Runaway Train Tour dates are announced. For more information, click here.
