When the WWE comes to town, everything shuts down and everyone heads to the arena.
For decades, the WWE (formally the “WWF) has had this power on entertainment. Their shows are incredibly popular, they’ve made stars out of those who have wrestled in this league, and they show no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
Outside of their flagship shows, “Raw” and “Smackdown,” the WWE has tried to find new ways to reach more of an audience. Enter “WWE NXT Live!,” which combines the NXT brand with the sensation of the WWE brand to showcase the next new stars in wrestling, hence the “NXT” brand.
Most of the talent from “WWE NXT Live!” comes from the Florida Championship Wrestling league, and the show, half reality show and half scripted, is a competition to see who will move up to the WWE’s flagship shows, where the big money and fame are.
In addition, “WWE NXT Live!” has brought the power and fun of the WWE to markets that otherwise wouldn’t hold a “Raw” or “Smackdown” show. Case in point, Royal Oak, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit, which will host a”WWE NXT Live!” event in March at the historic Royal Oak Music Theatre.
So, for WWE fans in this booming suburb, make sure you click here to get those tickets to see the next WWE star battle it out for a shot at fame and glory.
