Already in the middle of a European tour and after plenty of teasing on social media, metalcore band Sleeping with Sirens isn't stopping anytime soon--they've announced even more tour dates for early 2020. The band will be joined by Set It OffBelmont and Point North

The Medicine tour kicks off just after the new year in early January and will run for a month, with stops in Sayreville (Tickets), Philadelphia (Tickets) and San Francisco (Tickets). Tickets go on sale this Friday, Nov. 8, including AXS Premium seating.

Sleeping with Sirens' sixth full-length album, How It Feels to Be Lost, was released in September 2019, with a sound reminiscent of the band's heavier music early in their career.

"It felt like we finally found what we were looking for with this record," frontman Kellin Quinn said in a press release for How It Feels to Be Lost. "The lyrics, the emotion, the musicianship, and the production are all there. It’s the best we could do. It’s going to be exciting to get on stage and perform these songs. We finally found ourselves."

Days before the album's release, Sleeping with Sirens parted ways with drummer Gabe Barham.

"We all love him, and we’ve created amazing music together, but in the last year or so we’ve been growing in different places musically," Sleeping with Sirens said in a statement at the time. "There are absolutely no hard feelings and we wish Gabe success in all of his future endeavors."
