Santa Barbara's historic Arlington Theatre will host comedian Samantha Bee for a night of laughs on Thursday, Nov. 9. The "Full Frontal with Samantha Bee" host will travel to the famed venue for a one-off performance being dubbed "An Evening with Samantha Bee."
Tickets for the show are now on sale exclusively through AXS.com. Prices ranged from $85 to $150 for the general public while UCSB students can purchase tickets from $25 using their student I.D.
Bee became the first female late-night satirical talk show when she debuted "Full Frontal" in February 2016. After serving as the longest-tenured correspondent for "The Daily Show" with 12 years under her belt, Bee took her side-splitting humor to TBS for her own late-night show as a weekly pairing with "Conan."
"Full Frontal" underwent a unique process to hire its writers, using a blind process to hide gender and race from all applications. Such a process resulted in a writing staff of approximately half female and 30% non-white writers. Bee is known for her trailblazing efforts in the LGBTQIA community as well as having much of the proceeds of "Full Frontal" go to organizations like Planned Parenthood, the Karam Foundation, Distributing Dignity and the Committee to Protect Journalists.
Make sure to grab tickets to her Arlington Theatre show here. Watch "Full Front with Samantha Bee" on Wednesdays at 10:30 EST on TBS.
