Well-known reggae recording artist and singer-songwriter Stephen Marley will continue his 2018 concert campaign with a run of acoustic concerts set to begin in late October. The upcoming solo run will take place under the banner, “An Evening with Stephen Marley,” and is scheduled to start with a show at The Steeple in Mobile, Alabama on Oct. 28 and run until Nov. 17. Marley is currently touring across North America alongside California reggae outfit Rebelution.

The 15-show acoustic tour was initially announced late last week, and promises to “Give fans a once in a lifetime opportunity to hear several of Marley’s melodic hits in their authentic, acoustic origin.” The tour will visit a mix of larger and smaller concert markets, starting in the northern Midwest in cities like Cincinnati and Chicago before moving east to markets like New York City and Washington, D.C. Some of the notable stops on the tour include The Space at Westbury on Long Island and Glenside, Pennsylvania’s Keswick Theatre, just to name a few.

Marley has been one of the featured support acts on Rebelution’s current summer tour and is set to join the band at the 30th annual Reggae on the Rocks weekend event at Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre later this summer on Aug. 25-26.

Tickets for select shows on the newly announced run are on sale now and can be purchased by clicking here.
