Sugarland will be making a reunion appearance in the ”Still the Same 2018 Tour” at Infinite Energy Arena in Duluth, Ga. on Aug. 3. Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush will feature Frankie Ballard and Lindsay Eli during the welcome reunion performance.
Sugarland posted on Twitter on Jan. 12, “Looking back fondly at the road here at ahead at where we’re going.”
The duo took a break from Sugarland, while they pursued solo projects. They staged a surprise reunion performance at the CMA Awards on Nov. 8, according to CMT. They gave their first interview since then on the Bobby Bones Show on Dec. 5 and announced that they would be going on tour in 2018. In addition to the tour, they will release new music this year, according to Sounds Like Nashville.
The popular country music duo has received several awards, including Grammy Awards, CMT Awards, and more. Their top hits on the Billboard1 chart include “Stuck Like Glue,” “All I Want To Do,” “Want To,” “Stay,” “It Happens,” “Something More,” “Baby Girl,” “Already Gone,” “Life In A Northern Town” and “Run.”
Country fans in the Atlanta area will want to get tickets to see the reunion show, which will be one of 28 shows in North America. Tickets to the concert at Infinite Energy Arena are available on AXS.
